By accessing or using Parker ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or interfere with the Service
- Not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
You may not:
- Use automated tools to send bulk scheduling requests
- Attempt to bypass any rate limits or security measures
- Use the Service for any illegal activity
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Share your account access with others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
3. Authorization and Third-Party Services
By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize Parker to:
- Read your calendar's free/busy information
- Create, modify, and delete calendar events on your behalf
You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account settings.
Third-Party Services: Parker relies on third-party services for calendar integration, AI processing, and email delivery. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Any issues arising from these services are subject to their respective terms and policies.
4. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the Service
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Request by law enforcement or government agencies
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will delete your data within 30 days of termination, unless required by law to retain it. You may also stop using Parker at any time by revoking access through your Google Account settings.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
